3 Day Trip to Murchison Falls National Park
“The World’s Most Powerful Water Fall”

Day 1: Travel to Murchison Falls National Park.

Your Guide/ Driver will pick you from your location. After briefing you about the journey, you set off and drive northwest through the Luwero triangle and arive at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary Ziwa Rhino sanctuary is the only place in Uganda where Rhinos can be seen in a more or less wild state. The sanctuary is home to over 23 white Rhinos (can be tracked on foot), 20 large mammal species and 300 plus bird species. On this 70 square Kilometer woodland south of Kafu River, you will undertake a rhino tracking activity. This is one of the most exciting wildlife activities on offer anywhere in Uganda, not to worry, white Rhinos are not generally aggressive to people. After this activity, you will drive to Kabalega resort for lunch and later continue to Murchison Falls National Park. Enter through Kichambanyobo or Tangi gate, check in at Your Lodge, Have dinner and rest, Meal Plan, Dinner

Day 2: Murchison Falls National Park.

Early Rise at the Lodge for breakfast. Your Guide will brief you about the activities of the day and cross the Nile by ferry to the northern bank of the park for the early morning Game drive, your guide will help you spot elephants, lions, buffalos, Rothschild’s giraffe, hartebeests, waterbuck, Oribi, Bohor reedbuck, hyena, if you are lucky leopard. Take a break for lunch and later go for a boat Safari upstream the Victoria Nile to the base of the falls a few meters from the “Devil’s Cauldron” En-route, Marvel at the toothsome hippos, crocodiles and over this 17km stretch you may see elephants, waterbucks and Uganda Jobs. At the bottom of the falls, you leave the boat and start your quite heavy hike to the top of the falls (aprox 1hr) towards the top, you will see the world’s longest river explode violently through a narrow cleft in the rift valley escarpment to pluge into a frothing pool 43m below. Your guide will be waiting for you to bring u back to the lodge. Meal plan: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner

Day 3: Travel Back to Entebbe.
(4hr 50 mins 315Km)

wake up early and have breakfast at the Lodge. Prepare and set off for Entebbe, your journey is about 260 kms and should take you approximately 5 hours. Arrival in Entebbe, end of our service.
